Usage and Care

Fully charge the case and hearing aids before using them for the first time.

Charging instructions:

1. The case: Take the included charging cable and plug it into the port. When charging, the case will show a blue indicator light. Once the box is fully charged, it will change to white.
2. The hearing aids: Carefully place them into the charging box. A blue light will be displayed while charging and white light when they are fully charged.

How to wear the hearing aids correctly:

1. Choose the most comfortable size of earplugs.
2. Place the earplugs onto the hearing aids.
3. Hold the button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
4. Press the button briefly to adjust the volume input.
5. Place the hearing aid into the ear until it is snug and comfortable.
6. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn the hearing aid off again.
